It looks like the API_KEY and USER_EXPERIENCE_KEY have changed on southwest's side. the new values are:

API_KEY = 'l7xx0a43088fe6254712b10787646d1b298e'
USER_EXPERIENCE_KEY = '83d21e1e-db65-4b08-88ce-1ebbec5ffeaf'

Not sure where the API key is defined in this code though..

I also ran into this same error today :(

• Went to load my flight info and entered the correct record locators
• Sent the form
• Error loading reservation on the frontend, 500 internal server error on the backend (seen in the console)

Pretty sad because my flight is at 5:45 am on Monday :/

I would be willing to work with someone on a solution for this...I can host it on my Bluehost account. This was the best solution I found and nothing has really come close to replacing it.

I tried, this doesn't seem to be full code.. couldn't get it running.
