I read the geoparquet spec and it said that type: Feature is optional in GeoParquet, so I made my initial GeoParquet without it. But then when I converted it into stac with stac_table_to_ndjson the validator immediately complained.

I just put it back in, but it seems like it could be nicer if the converter checked if that value wasn't there and put it in automatically, since it is required for JSON.
