Data Driven Soul Extractor Conversions

Hi. The Soul Extractor is an awesome feature that I'd like to make more use of. At the moment, there is no way to add blocks that the Soul Extractor can affect, which means that we can't add compatibility with other mods that add soulsand-related blocks.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if Soul Extractor conversions (and the output block) could be defined through datapack, recipe, config, or some other means accessible to players.
