would love to see an extra chapter about defining design principles (for your project or team), such as https://digitalprinciples.org/ and https://designnotes.blog.gov.uk/2019/09/18/new-design-principles-posters/

Thanks for the suggestion! I am not exactly clear on how you imagine it to take shape more concretely in the Standard. Would you care to expand a little?

@jgroenen , if there are codebases which you feel have done a particularly good job of documenting their engineering and design principles, please provide links as examples.

a small clarification from the live discussion: I would suggest scoping this to product design principles (e.a.: "we prioritize top tasks", "we create single purpose applications")

Examples would be really nice to add to our upcoming implementation guide ( publiccodenet/projects#112 ).

A work session on the guide 18th is planned for the guide, let's see if we can address this issue in that session.
