it must use python3.8,and requirement.text must compatible versions each other.

you should have Panda in you scene first. check you .ttt file. make sure that Panda is in your scene.

Same issue here, scene was not loaded correctly by CoppeliaSim. I had to downgrade CoppeliaSim 4.7 to 4.1 to make it work
