From the attached image you can see that it is showing focal length of 51.6 mm~50 mm and showing the shift value of something -0.2
but in real capture the camera lens is not above 35 mm and tilt & shift lens are also not used.

I think because of tilt & shift algorithm, it is showing the incorrect value. please allow user the option to disable the tilt-shift correction. maybe some slider to adjust the weightage of tilt-shift correction can be used.

Just a note, it's not mentioning a focal length of 51.6 mm but a field of view of 51.6 degrees. The field of view is affected by the sensor size, so to correlate it with the focal length we should also know the size of the sensor.

Ok with focal length, but this image is captured with normal camera so it should calculate rotation of the camera instead of calculating Tilt and shift.

I think the tilt/shift comes from your setting for the principal point, which is shifted to the right and slightly to the top.
