[FEAT] List & display deposited & restaked assets and their balances

Need a way to see restaked assets within Tangle Dapp. We might not have a solution for knowing how many assets you have to display as available for deposit, bridging out, etc. unless we query for that specific case. So we will want to identify how to do this properly.

First thoughts:

1. List them from account page
2. List them from restake page

Apart from deposited & restaked assets, liquid staked assets and all other foreign assets should also be tracked/displayed to the user, but that will be handled separately on a different issue.
