Description

Currently, the permissions required for a telepresence user are stored in "k8s/client_rbac.yaml" in the telepresence repo, and this file is used in testing. The permissions required for a user are documented in "x.y/reference/rbac", in the "Cluster-wide telepresence user access" section. It would reduce dev work and increase doc accuracy if changes to the RBAC permissions used in testing were automatically reflected in the documentation.
