Error opening input files: Invalid data found when processing input

Can you help me analyze the reasons for the upscale failure?
First I input a video in MP4 format(over 50M), and select 'NVENC HEVC'.
Second I select an ONNX Model, such as '2x_AnimeJaNai_HD_V3_Compact.onnx'.
Then click Upscale button, Console shows as below pictures
