Description of the request

As per this discussion there is the wish from the community to be able to execute geoSPARQL queries over wikidata:

#365 (reply in thread)

we should:

1. try to add a geoSPARQL index to Wikidata and see if it scales
2. if we are able to then optionally allow to add this index to the docker compose image
