Add support for multiple subnets

Currently the configuration only supports a single subnet, to be able to support DHCPv6 - and multi-subnet instances - this needs to be improved.

Dnsmasq - as it turns out - is quite friendly with the configuration, allowing you to skip many parameters when writing your configuration, which also makes it a lot harder to correctly parse the resulting config.
