How to convert the lanelet2 (.osm) map to the autoware vector map?

I am working with lanelet2 maps and Autoware. I understand that autoware loads and .osm map file and performs some conversions to create a vector map. As a result i cannot use the lanelet2 library directly. How can i get access to the vector map?

I have tried using the Tier IV's vector map builder web interface but there is no way to export the data as a vector map. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
