Cannot apply patches

Trying to build QT5, recommended version 5.6.2 in macOS (High Sierra) and ElementaryOS 0.4 (Ubuntu 16.04 LTS), same error on patches, also some ./configure options are not supported:

-opengl dynamic, -plugin-manifests
