'Phase-mode' SAM labelling

If I isolate the label arrays belonging to each phase, I can use those as a mask input (all other pixels labelled as bg) plus the mouse cursor position as prompts for SAM client side, hopefully will produce better phase segmentations

Mask input doesn't allow fg/bg differentiation per mask (so could only make mask for positive examples). Therefore might be be better to just store each label click and class, the use those as prompts where every label click not of current class set to bg, every click associated with class is fg. Store start/end of brush strokes as clicks, each polygon point and each SAM click.
