First mentioned here. This doesn't work as expected:

FlurlHttp.Clients.WithDefaults(builder =>
    builder.ConfigureHttpClient(cli => cli.BaseAddress = new Uri("https://flurl.dev")));

await "/docs/fluent-http/".GetAsync(); // fails: uses configured client but neglects to prepend base URL
