Plotting TIDK results onto chromosome scaffolds

Just an FYI rather than an issue. If you are looking for an additional way of plotting TIDK results on an assembly, I have incorporated TIDK output into a tool for plotting chromosome-level assemblies and quickly assessing synteny using BUSCO and possible T2T scaffolds: https://github.com/slimsuite/chromsyn.
