Is "Curk et al. (2019) iCount: protein-RNA interaction iCLIP data analysis (in preparation)." still the official way to cite iCount? We have cited it in our paper "Assessing and assuring interoperability of a genomics file format" and are correcting proofs. Oxford University Press requires that "in preparation" not be in reference lists, and this will just be cited in-text as "T.Curk et al., in preparation" which will probably be hard to find.
