This repository was created to store the "Move It" project, carried out during "Next Level Week #4". It was a week of a lot of content focused on React, Next and TypeScript, where I was able to learn a lot. This application was created with the intention of helping students to take care of their bodies and eyes.

Next Level Week it's a seven-day event created by Rocketseat, the objective is to take you to the next level of your career. The event has lots of practice coding, challenges, and networking. An online and completely free event that will help you take the next step. 🚀

Move It é um projeto para ajudar as pessoas a fazerem mais exercícios. 💪️

App com countdown de ciclos de 25 minutos, baseado na técnica pomodoro. Ao final de cada ciclo, é lançado um desafio para exercitar o corpo ou os olhos, com isso ganhando XP onde pode ganhar level e subir de ranking.

Aplicação no estilo Pomodoro para ajudar devs a manterem o corpo e a mente sã através de exercícios.
