No underline and no italics versions

Hi there!

First off, I want to say that I just discovered this theme today and I really like it! Thanks a lot for creating it.
This is the only theme I found so far that I liked pretty much out of the box. The only thing I changed about it is that I removed the underlines in markup.underline because they were bothering me a bit. I know some people (though not me included) also dislike italics.

So it would be greatly appreciated if instead of changing it manually in the settings.json file of VSCode there were alternate versions of this theme with underlines removed, with italics removed and maybe with both? I honestly have no experience with creating a theme myself but I would be willing to learn and contribute.
