[bug in AusTraits data] Kew_2019_1: some seed masses too big

There are a number of Eucalyptus seed masses in Kew_2019_1 that are far too large. This problem was identified by Sean Walsh, who suggested some researchers weighed seed together with chaff.

This issue is, for now, a placeholder, to remember to return to in the future, when Sean has a better curated version of the data to replace the current submission.
