Discussion Forum doesn't show responses - Web/Mobile #275

Shouldn't have to click on a discussion post to see the responses, they should automatically appear below as indented replies.
And the order should be the post, then comments descending to the most recent

As soon as you go to a disease's discussion page, you should be able to see comments, and have things that are new highlighted
