Can't use an Ollama API URL with a subpath

I'd like to use your extension with my Ollama API but I'm hosting it on a subpath of my domain name (e.g. https://example.com/ollama_api/) and this is not something I can put it the two configuration fields:

I am not sure why two fields are needed. In the other user interfaces I am using with the Ollama API, there is usually one for the whole URL.
