snapshot version is behind the release version

Hi, now the developing version of master is 4.17-SNAPSHOT and the latest release version is 4.17, so the latest snapshot is behind the released version.

From the commits, we can find the history of version on master branch is:

4.15-SNAPSHOT --> 4.15 --> 4.16-SNAPSHOT --> 4.17 --> 4.17-SNAPSHOT

So, it seems we lost the version 4.16, it was tagged as 4.17 by mistake.

It will not be a problem until the next release. Before that, we should have to bump the dev version to 4.18-SNAPSHOT
