I need the main layout be on the top of sliding panel

Hi
Haw to keep the first layout (main layout) slide up on top of sliding panel.
I edit padding buttom of main layout when sliding panel is expanded and i reset main layout padding buttom to 0 when is enclapsed.
I tries to edit main layout height according to sliding panel height but i can not because sliding up library use custom linear layout. Please helo me to do this in clean way.
