Categories are repeated in selection drop-down on Samsung Galaxy S2

This is for Ushahidi v3.9 on Samsung Galaxy S2 (android v. 2.2.1).

when I go to select an issue category while submitting a new report, the list of categories is displayed with each category appearing four times (e.g. if I have categories a,b, and c I see in the drop-down lis

note: on an ASUS tablet (Android 4.2.1) the same version of the app displays the categories correctly

There will be any new update? I'm getting this same problem. It just occurs when I select more than one Category, or change the current selected category.
