The oscal-cli raises a warning suggesting that a uuid should be provided for each protocol object.
'uuid' is defined as an optional field for protocols, so we were wondering why a warning is being raised for this, or why its recommended to provide a uuid here (since protocol>uuid is never referenced in another schema section).
