When popup stand-alone opened - background content scrolls to the top of page

Hello, so the thing is - when I open a stand-alone popup - the page itself scrolls to the top under opened popup - can anyone relate to this issue ? I would like to stay on the same position on the page when opening and closing it. Is there any atribute I can define to stop that?

I would really appreciate the answer.
