I analyzed the DIA data acquired by Q-Exactive using DIA-NN, but the output report did not assign any proteins or peptides.
What could be the cause of this?
The measured samples were BSA and trypsin digested samples.

No proteins passed the 1% FDR threshold, I guess just not much detectable in that sample. Maybe try selecting the contaminants option when both generating the library & analysing, should help. Please also generate the library in a separate pipeline step.
