From fragment.Quant.Raw to Precursor.Quantity #1237

Hi Vadim,
Thanks for your reply.
I'm currently reading your QuantUMS publication. And my colleague was telling me how much she enjoyed your conference at Eubic this winter.
Would it be possible to have the slides or a document of what you said (which obviously seemed easier to understand than the publication)?
Best
François

Hi Francois,
For the legacy quantification, please see https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-019-0638-x
For QuantUMS, it's described in https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.06.20.545604v1 (although the algorithm has been updated signficantly in 1.9).
Best,
Vadim

Hello,
How does DIA-NN 1.9.2 switch from “Fragment.Quant.Raw” to “Precursor.Quantity” in the "report.tsv"?
With the old version of DIA-NN, it added the 3 most intense fragments. With 1.9.2, I don't understand the logic?
Thanks for your reply,
François
