Issue
In the Pretest and Posttest sections, when we select answers and click on submit, we observe explanations only for a few options of a few questions irrespective of if we have answered it correctly or wrong and it might confuse the user because generally, explanations are given for those questions for which we have marked the answers wrong. So, we could mention it in the instructions as follows:
Once you submit your answers, Explanations are given for a few options as to why they are correct/wrong irrespective of whether you have marked it correctly or wrongly.
Or else, we could just make the explanations appear for that option only when we submit that option and it is wrong/correct or any other way which reduces confusion for users.
