I don't know if it's better make this code inside the framework or publish a separated package. For example Sequelize and Sequelize-CLI. What do you think about @filipeforattini ?

The project is relatively new and very small, so I think is best to keep it together.

Although it sounds like an anti pattern, in this case I prefer to keep both together, because I don't see the command line tool as a product that exists without attiv, but as a complement to it.

I don't have a problem to make it in the same project, but we have to think about how remove this files to production build package for example.
