Parachain economics

For parachains and with the advent of parathreads it's important to explain to builders what they need to do to leverage finalization on the relay chain and what they need to incentivize themselves, ie block production. A really useful Wiki entry or blog post would be to explain how teams should think about parachain economics.

Joe has expressed interest in helping with this as well.
