currently the examples at polkadot JS API https://polkadot.js.org/docs/api/cookbook is not properly structured for beginners

I am the community moderator at the official Polkadot/Kusama discords. We get plenty of queries regarding the lack of in-depth explanation for current state of polkadot JS API docs
