Error in RetrainMQ.sh file

Hi, I'm a beginner user of MOSAIK. I am trying to run the demo of the retraining of the neural network and throws me the following errors:

bamtools convert ERROR: could not open input BAM file(s)... Aborting.
ERROR: Cannot open input files.
