Possible refinements to the CoC...

I got the following feedback from a non-member who works in Diversity and Inclusion:

1. Who's responsible for reporting inappropriate behaviour, how and to who? Might be worth adding more detail to it
2. You might want to add something about anonymity - that reporters will remain anonymous to the reported party
3. What will you do to help/support/protect the victim of an inappropriate behaviour?
4. You might want to outline how long you think it'll take for action to be taken i.e. we'll respond to reports in x days etc.
5. Will you need evidence? Screenshots etc? Will you investigate any reports?

Do we want to diverge from the current standard(ish) template to incorporate any or all of these updates?

If we do I could split them out into individual issues for discussion.
