I emailed Tobias Kuhn about this, since the link goes to his side, I asked him to reply here |
Thank you |
I am not sure I understand the problem. The nanopub monitor instance of the link above is no longer running, but others are up, for example this one: https://monitor.petapico.org/ |
thank you |
The description of this link is a bit confusing. This is just a monitor of the nanopub network. The latest index nanopub can be found here: http://purl.org/np/RAUkkB0ap6XzM4DdGtDnXE36Q-pnd3w0einrK6MAgDwXM From this you can browse through all the nanopubs of that release (form 2020; there doesn't seem to be a newer one). You can also download all nanopubs, but that requires currently the np command line tool to combine all nanopubs in a single file. I can show you how to do that or do it for you, if that's what you are looking for? (We should offer a platform that allows for downloading these datasets in bulk, but as many things in the nanopub ecosystem, this is still somewhat experimental). |
The file's path is that "Other file fprmats,Machine-readable formats,Nanopublications" . it get me a link to down. but wen i click.i call back that like the image. the link is http://app.tkuhn.eculture.labs.vu.nl/nanopub-monitor/
