Need a datatype for msp files

Currently, msp files are detected as txt files.
It may be interresting to create a specific sniffer.

Now msp are fine, if they were created by metaMS and correctly edited by users
But in real life, several msp like formats exist (spectra format) and metaMS readable msp are particular, maybe we need a snifer and a parser that can "correct" the user msp to make them fit with metaMS standards
