camera_combinexsannos for EU Server installation

Hi,

we realized that on the EU server a deprecated version of camera_combinexsannos is installed. As here is an updated version this would be great to install on the EU server.

I made a PR to remove the tool dependencies from the repository as with this file installation on EU server is prohibited.
I noticed another thing: tool directories have to be quoted. This is not possible for Camera tools because one part is in the macros file and the other in the tool xml.

For camera_combinexsannos it should look like this:
'$tool_directory/CAMERA_combinexsAnnos.r'

Would you be willing to change it accordingly or do you want me to do the PRs?
