在 Rust 中，最推荐的创建项目方式是使用 cargo。

使用 cargo new 命令，可以创建一个新的 Rust 项目，并自动生成项目的目录结构和文件。

# cargo new hello_world

检查项目使用是否可以通过编译

# cargo check

编译项目

# cargo build
# cargo build --release

运行项目

# cargo run

cargo 测试
