Hello IT v1.0 Golden Master

This is the Golden Master for Hello IT v1.0.

The application is considered as stable and all current feature and terminology will be supported for futur v1.x release.

All feedbacks from previous beta has been addressed. If nothing go wrongs for the next two weeks, this version will be the final v1.0.

The changes from previous pre-release are:

• update terminology for item state (no more green, red and orange but OK, error, warning, unavailable and none) ;
• support for status bar image in addition of text ;
• proper icon app.

Thanks to @WardsParadox and @brightghost for theirs works on the app icons.
