A minimalist video tutorial (maybe screencast) that explains the portal and use of data within the portal.

• Put the video in youtube/vimeo use PPA channel.
• WB can help with the translations of audio.

Question from PPA on video:
Will it be compiled into one single video ?
How will changes to the video be managed later ?

For video recording: YI will be forwarded the translator, with whom we will work together to do the translation. Need to provide background on software, etc. for the translators and need to provide guidance, etc.

Kristina: Maybe only do a subtitle in Romanian for now??
