Lock Screen Shortcuts

So if I need to open a hidden setting panel to say, edit a sim setting I need to add that to the Lock Screen shortcut in place of the camera shortcut.

Is there any other way of opening these hidden settings panels? I would love to be able to add these shortcuts to the Tuner app somehow so I always have easy access to them.
