Mailbox feature addition in map_start

The mailbox in map_start shows currently a notice with a random message count which you can close.

This issue should enhance upon this feature.
Because we are in a world where a lot of things are happening, we want to reflect exactly that.

Instead of showing a random message count, there should be a dialog box where you can choose one of the messages in a list to read it.
The list of messages should get fetched from
https://api.first.org/v1/get-news?ref=freepublicapis.com

Please read the api docs carefully.

The limit of the list should be restricted to 10 news articles.

After clicking on the list, the news article should get shown in a new dialog on top of the previous one.
In this dialog, there should be a back button to move back to the list.
