Density Based Traffic Lights using Object Detection Model Yolov5

• Mobile phone
• Arduino Uno
• LEDs
• Jumper Wires
• USB Cable

Mechanism

• Used mobile phone camera for data collection
• Connected it to the laptop using IP address
• Processed the live video through the object detection model.
• Sent the results to the Arduino by USB.
• Arduino controlled the LEDS

Problem faced

• The camera had to be closed manually using stop button after each detection cycle.
