Customer Management System: A Java Apllication which implements JDBC API to create an Admin, Client and Customer interface which can be used to manage Customer Queue, Getting Work Efficiency of Client and Booking new Appointment for Customers. The Application is fully Object-Oriented and uses a Document Access Object to perform all the CRUD operations on a single MySQL Database. Admin is able to View work efficiency and Modify Client . Client is able to see Custmers in List and Reomove Cutomer from Queue. Customer is able to book appointment and get it's Unique Tocken Number.
