1.3.35 beta

In this beta version we've changed the proxy authorization mechanism to onAuthRequire — now in Incognito mode the first page will be loaded through the proxy server. Also we've added some animation and enhanced UI a bit — the VPN extension has become even more beautiful and user-friendly.
