Exciting updates to CTkColorPicker widget!

New Features 🆕
Logo: A unique logo now identifies the widget.
Centered Window: The widget window now centers on the screen.
Color Modes: Choose from light and dark color modes. Returns a list of colors.
Custom HEX Color: Customize the HEX color for both modes. Returns a list.
Code Refactoring 🔄
The code has been refactored into methods for improved performance and easier understanding.
