I added a few settings in the config and a couple of small loops in the controllers file server side. The end result is that for jobs listed in the config of each plant can get a bonus amount. This will apply even if job lock is false and is enabled in config. The second addition takes the reward amount as the upper end and picks a rand between 1 and config.reward.amount for each item in the rewards.
