Created Structure Reloot Plugin

Features:

Save all generated Loottables of chests/dispensers/chest_minecarts as well as all Elytra ItemFrames in the end
Regenerate Loottables using a command
Define certain reloot intervals in the config

Commands (/reloot ):

info: Display Settings Information for a specific world, or the world you are currently in
listLootables: List a Lootable Blocks/Entities in a specific world, or the world you are currently in
regen: Reloot n entities/blocks in a specific world
reloadConfig: Reload a certain config. Use -o to replace it with the default config
reset: Reset database for all blocks/entities in a specific world
settings: Change the settings of a specific world, or the world you are currently in
