update(query): add CWE infos to terraform queries

Reason for Proposed Changes

• terraform queries don't provide cwe infos;

• add CWE infos to all terraform queries;
• fix query typos;
• update e2e with cwe field;

Any update on when this PR and the many others regarding the CWE infos will be merged and released?

Hi @haerter-tss,

Thank you for your patience and for bringing this up.

We are planning to merge all PRs related to the CWE additions as soon as possible. Currently, some vulnerabilities on master are preventing us from merging these PRs.
Once we resolve those issues, we’ll be able to move forward with merging all related PRs.
